LIR we provide you with advice, encouragement, skills and an action plan

Our Career Coaching services are provided on a one to one confidential
basis. Depending on which option you choose, you will have various levels
of interaction and support from your coach.

strengths you have to offer a potential employer and identifies the range
of careers ideally suited to you. We also offer advice on what training
you may need to do and what steps you need to take to move into this new

Career Coaching
This service is tailored to meet each individuals unique requirements when
it comes to their career. Some people require advise on how to best to
deal with redundancy and search for a new job. Others require support with
various communication skills which will enable them excel in their current
job and perhaps gain a promotion. This can include coaching on
presentation skills, influencing skills, body language, networking,
written communications, rapport building or how to dress to impress
skills.
